To order new TBayTel service or change present service and calling features, call Customer Service or visit the TBayTel Store. REQUIRED INFORMATIONTBayTel requires all new customers and existing customers requesting a change to present service and calling features to provide complete and updated billing and credit information. WHAT WE NEED
* Connection and service charges applicable ADVANCE PAYMENTS & DEPOSITSNew TBayTel customers or customers reestablishing service may be asked for an advance payment or deposit. (Deposits are based on local service and long distance charges.) DEPOSIT REFUNDDeposits are refunded with interest on establishment of a payment history with TBayTel, or once service is disconnected. Your deposit and interest will be applied to your account. NO CHARGE TO DISCONNECTThe minimum connection period is one month. Call Customer Service to disconnect your service free of charge. TELEPHONE DIRECTORY - LISTINGS, TO ORDERThe annual TBayTel directory is placed in in homes and businesses in Thunder Bay. The directory includes up-to-date emergency phone numbers, maps, community and City of Thunder Bay information, area code listings, an events calendar, TBayTel services and products, white pages, government information and the Yellow Pages.
