Inside Telephone Wiring

TBayTel has been directed by the CRTC to change the way repair and maintenance of telephone wiring inside your home is managed. As a result, effective June 1, 2008, homeowners in the Thunder Bay area will be responsible for repairing all telephone wires and jacks inside their homes. TBayTel will continue to repair and maintain the equipment and wiring connection up to and including the point at which the wire enters your home at the demarcation point.
