Toll Denial does not prevent the acceptance of collect calls, calling card calls or calls that were billed to you from a third party.

Collect & Third Party Blocking:

• This free service prevents anyone from accepting Collect & Third Party Blocking calls on your line. Residential customers can add this at no charge. There is a $10 charge to have this service removed.
