Maintenance Advisory - HSPA – Thunder Bay - May 9 – 17
Please be advised that Tbaytel will be performing system upgrades to its 4G HSPA Network in Thunder Bay from Wednesday, May 9th to Thursday, May 17th from 6:00 am to 10:00 am EDT
The following coverage areas will be affected:
- Balmoral
- Burwood
- Court Street
- Lithium
- Main Street
- Neebing
- Riverview
- Rosslyn
- Shuniah (County Fair Area)
- Suncrest Villa (Mariday Park Area)
- Vickers Street
- Walkover
- Wardrope
- Westfort (Mountdale Area)
During these maintenance periods you may experience disruption to your Mobility service.
Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our Network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Maintenance Advisory - Digital TV - Thunder Bay - May & June 2012
Please be advised that Tbaytel will be performing a routine upgrade on our Digital TV service. The upgrade will take place throughout the months of May & June 2012. You will receive a letter in the mail indicating the time period your service will be affected. During the upgrade you will experience a brief five minute outage to your Digital TV and Internet services.
This upgrade is necessary to ensure that Tbaytel continues to deliver quality service to you our valued customer. Once the upgrade is complete you will notice the following enhancements to your service.
- Improvements to the reliability of your PVR and Guide
- Pause, fast forward and rewind feature on all set top boxes in your home
